Why should you host?
Hosting an AABS event enables you to increase the visibility of your institution and showcase your school and its facilities to the global network of AABS members and non members who come from leading business schools.
What can you host?
The possible AABS events you can host are:
- Teaching the Practice of Management Workshop
Case Teaching and Writing Workshop
Research Excellence Workshop

Schools that wish to host the AABS Connect Conference should submit a presentation to the Secretariat. The school representative will be required to give a presentation of why they should host at the annual AABS Member’s Meeting.
Who can host?
Any AABS accredited or member school with the necesary facilities and capacity can host. AABS tries to rotate events across all regions – eastern, western, northern and southern Africa therefore will defer certain applications for future years.
What are the commitments?
In addition to hosting and logistical commitments, AABS requires that the school provides a high level support staff member who will be thoroughly involved in the planning and execution of the event. The school should also assist in marketing the event.
